These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TrustDepo. TrustDepo provides a secure third-party transaction management platform that enables buyers and sellers to manage marketplace transactions. TrustDepo is not a bank or payment institution. Payment processing, safeguarding of customer funds and identity verification are provided by TrustDepo's regulated payment partner.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts, provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity carried out using your credentials.
Certain transactions require identity verification through our regulated payment partner. Failure to complete verification may prevent or delay transactions.
TrustDepo provides the transaction workflow. Buyers and sellers agree transaction terms. Customer funds are processed and safeguarded by our regulated payment partner until the agreed release conditions have been met.
Buyers must inspect goods or services before confirming completion and must only confirm when satisfied.
Sellers must accurately describe goods or services, fulfil agreed obligations and comply with applicable laws.
Applicable fees are displayed before payment. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Full pricing detail is available on our Pricing page.
Users may not use TrustDepo for illegal goods or services, counterfeit items, stolen property, sanctioned activities, fraud, money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
Where a dispute arises, both parties may submit supporting information. TrustDepo may review available information and work with its regulated payment partner to facilitate resolution in accordance with these Terms.
TrustDepo may suspend or terminate accounts where fraud, abuse, false information or legal/compliance concerns are identified.
TrustDepo provides the transaction management platform and does not guarantee the quality, legality, authenticity or condition of goods or services exchanged between users.
All TrustDepo branding, software and content remain the property of TrustDepo unless otherwise stated.
TrustDepo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
